• Experience with electromechanical systems, including robotics, control systems, sensors, hardware interfacing, audio effects and hand built hi-fi stereo gear, from circuit design & parts specification to custom circuit boards, final assembly and testing.
• Extensive 2D and 3D CAD drafting experience.
• Design and fabrication of wood, metal, and plastics.
• An eye for usability. Ergonomics are important, and technology isn’t the answer to every problem. I try to keep it simple, even though sometimes it takes a lot of work for the simple approach to become apparent.
